Price is excluding Greece's Environmental Charge, this is currently 15 EUR per day for the Villa and will be collected by staff during your stay.

Guest arrival from 3pm. We will always try to accommodate an early arrival where possible.

All departures by 10.30am on departure day, it may be possible to accommodate a late check out or allow guests to remain in part of the villa but allowing cleaning staff to start prepping other rooms. This is purely based on the next incoming guests arrival

​Why are your rental prices lower than other similar villas on NE Corfu?
Whilst we do advertise the villa on other platforms, the majority of our bookings are direct with our guests generated from our social channels and word of mouth. As a result we are not having to build into our pricing the commissions payable to 3rd party agents and this saving we pass on to our guests in an attempt to keep costs down.​​

We understand that entrusting us with your annual holiday is a big responsibility, and we work tirelessly to ensure that every aspect of your holiday is covered. To support this, we have our dedicated Villa Manager who lives in the village and is on hand to ensure everything is as you expect it to be.

There are not many villas on Corfu that are able to provide accommodation for 14 guests, that are perfectly located a short walk from the shops, beaches and tavernas. We encompass the perfect balance between traditional Greek architecture and luxurious modern villa with all the trappings of modern life. We expect summer 2026 to book quickly.
