Multi-Generational Holidays

Multi-Generational holidays are becoming more and more popular and The Little Olive Press lends itself well to this.  Planning a holiday for a family of three generations can be very tricky indeed as absolute flexibility is required, and that comes with a villa holiday over a traditional hotel type accommodation.
 

Its all relative!

  • More senior members of the family may no longer be confident to travel alone

  • No restriction in meal-times

  • No fights for sunbeds!

  • Dad can get up at 7am for a swim, teenagers can get up at midday just in time for lunch and grandparents can go for that afternoon nap!

Accessibility within The Little Olive Press


The Little Olive Press has been designed in such a way that it naturally accommodates for guests who may have mobility challenges.

Key aspects:

  • Entirety of villa is on a single level apart from the Games Room below the villa

  • There are no thresholds across any of the internal door, and minimal to external

  • All door widths are accessible by wheelchair

  • Sun terrace & Outside Kitchen area on the same level as the body of the villa

  • Ramp access from the parking area to the front door.

  • Spacious Bedrooms & Bathrooms, with both shower and bath facilities.

  • A wheelchair is provided should our guests wish to use it.


We are not currently listing this villa as fully 'disabled accessible' however guests with moderate mobility impairment will be more than comfortable.

Accessibility Around Kassiopi

The stunning landscape of North East Corfu is renowned for its amazing views & with it some very steep hills which can cause a challenge for the more seasoned traveller.

Villa Location:
Many of the villas in the NE are located high up in the hills all baying for the best view.  The Little Olive Press still has outstanding views however accessibility is not an issue
 

  • Distance to Kassiopi square is 1km

  • Located along a very moderate incline

  • Immediate road to property is very quiet, until you cross the main road into the village which is largely pedestrianised.

  • Collapsible wheelchair can be taken from the property.

 
Kassiopi itself is also a great location for guests that may have mobility challenges.
 

  • Largely pedestrianised from the square down to the harbour

  • Very few bars & restaurants have steps and where they do provide ramp access.

  • Guests are able to hire mobility scooters and even have them delivered to the villa.

  • Bataria Beach in Kassiopi has an amphibious wheel chair for access to the sea.
