The Little Olive Press is nestled in the hills above Kassiopi yet only a 12 minute walk to the village. Located far enough away from the village to benefit from the breath-taking views of the NE Corfu coastline, with views across to the Greek mainland and Albania, but also absolute privacy and silence during the busy peak season. This place really does take your breath away!

THE MAIN EVENT
Step out from the Lounge or the second Kitchen onto a spacious and secluded sun terrace. This elevated area offers abundant seating and sun loungers, with views down to the private pool, the village of Kassiopi and the Ionian Sea. There are 2 large parasols when you just need a break from the heat of the sun
OUTSIDE DINING
Traditional Charcoal BBQ and Pizza Oven (with a flue for use during the dry summer months) sink and work top. Views down to the private pool, the sea and Kassiopi village
There is a large outside dining table to enjoy al fresco dining with a Sonos speaker to play your choice of music
Its also the perfect place to enjoy a meal prepared by our Private Chef
THE VIEWS
All bedrooms lead onto a balcony that spans the entire perimeter of the villa taking in both landscape and the breath-taking sea views for which NE Corfu is renowned.
READY TO COOL OFF
Pool Area: Private pool area which comprises of a 4.5m x 2m child friendly shallow area and a 4.5 x 10m deeper area for swimming. Space for sun loungers. Views from the pool down to Kassiopi and the Albanian coastline.
Pool towels are provided for your use and the pool will be maintained during your stay.
SPACE FOR PEACE AND REFLECTION
Lower seating area: Outside the games room on the large patio there is a seating area where you can sit with a book and take in the views of the Olive groves, Kassiopi and the NE coastline.
THE HEART OF THE HOME
Lounge Diner: a vast space measuring 5.4 x 7.4m and encompassing a lounge area, complete with a 50" Smart TV, Sonos Speaker, AC Unit, underfloor heating and an open fire for the colder months. A large dining table will accommodate all the family.

Each of the 5 bedrooms benefit from Imperial Strom mattresses, 100% cotton sheets, balcony access, ensuite bathroom, fitted wardrobes, 32" Smart TV, AC units and underfloor heating

​THE HERITAGE
Originally built as a family home encompassing an olive press that dates back to 1902, the villa was purchased by its previous owners in 2001 and was lovingly restored & extended into broadly the villa that remains today.
The Little Olive Press is the perfect mix of historic building, with the enhancements of modern living we are all accustomed to.
